its brand new just that my mum kinda accidently removed the tags :(
my mum bought it for me but its too big

its a floral high waisted skirt and i think the colours are nice for fall/winter
its an AUS 10 and a USA 6 bt im pretty sure it will fit most ppl as the material is stretchable
